Some of our corporate sponsors:

Panari Hotel: Panari Hotel has supported us in a number of ways:

  • Sponsoring a fun day for some of our children in the hotel giving them a five star hotel experience
  • Donating money towards improvement of our kitchen that offers catering services within the Centre and training on cooking to especially mothers from the community as a means to curb malnutrition.
  • Donating towards African child day: this ensured every child received a special meal on that day
  • Facilitated a fundraising drive in form of a fashion show

Micato Safaris: Through Micato Safaris some of our less fortunate children in our primary school are able to go to school in decent school uniform. Every year over 350 children receive school uniforms through the generous donation from Micato Safaris.

Unilever Kenya Ltd staff contribution.

Social Responsibility Action
The company for several years  now has embraced a  program that bears witness to the commitment of the company and its employees to contribute to a fairer  Kenya. Each month over 70 employees of the company voluntarily contribute to Ruben Centre.  This money is deducted from their monthly wages.

This is a sensational contribution to our Centre and on a monthly basis is making a big difference to our work here. It ensures that our younger children in the primary school receive a cup of porridge every school day. All children from nursery to standard four benefit.
