New Classrooms

On Monday  January 24th a full 7 months late, kids of Grade 5+6 moved into their new classrooms. This is the first major block of  two story classrooms, built of stone  and replace old corrugated iron  sheds that are boiling hot in summer and very cold in winter months. The Australian High Commissioner for East Africa donated money to have new desks made for the kids and really the rooms are very, very nice. We thank Missioncara of Ireland for the donation that enabled these 6 badly needed classrooms to be built. A great day in the life of Ruben School .  i want to thank everyone who has made a contribution to these great rooms, especially Br. Barry who applied for the grant and  watched over the project.
