Ruben Centre is a disguised Organization. You might not be able to tell its size until you take a tour in the organization. This has been a testimony of many visitors who visit Ruben Centre. They are often baffled by the many activities and projects taking place day in day out in the Centre. School children in one corner, mothers and children in the clinic, patients coming to our clinic, young youths attending computer trainings, production ,human skills development for teenage mothers and many other activities going on. We have nine programs running at Ruben Centre which fall under four broad categories which are: Education Services Program, Health services Program Social and Economic Development Services Program and Advocacy and Networking Program
In order to oversee, monitor and evaluate all the nine programs of Ruben Centre, there was a enormous need for a Monitoring and Evaluation personnel to help in writing proposals for funding to prospective donors, designing tools for monitoring all the programs and activities running in the centre their impact and also evaluate all aspects of a program delivery including staff contribution. Teresa Nyanchwa happens to be just what we needed .She is an enthusiastic young lady with a two years experience in M& E. Teresa has a brand new office which has been renovated to be the M&E office. She will be working closely with the Ruben Centre administration team and take control of all communications with our partners majorly plan international to ensure that full compliance is achieved and this will bring more efficiency in our programs.
